Overview

The Apex at Crossgates is a to-be-constructed 222-unit Class A Multi-Family
Apartment and Townhouse rental community located on approximately 19.7 acres in
the town of Guilderland, in Albany County, New York. The project is designed with two
four/five story elevator equipped buildings with 192 apartments in one, two and three
bedroom floor plans, and 30 two bedroom townhomes.

The 9,000-sf community center clubhouse will provide leasing and management offices,
spacious community room, bistro lounge for social events, coffee/breakfast bar, gym
quality fitness center, multipurpose aerobics/yoga room, game room, media center, locker
rooms, outdoor pool, hot tub, patio, bocce court, and walking trails. Ideally located with
quick access to both the northway (I-87) and the throughway (I-90); lighted and landscaped
path connected to Crossgates Mall; adjacent to a CDTA bus stop; and close proximity to the
3,200-acre Pine Bush Preserve (with 20 miles of walking trails).
