Investing in Senior Housing

United Group has deep roots in developing and managing senior housing communities across the United States. Read our Senior Story and better understand why we’re the right choice when deciding where to invest your money.

High Demand... Low Supply

The senior housing industry continues to prove to be a stable asset class regardless of the overall economic condition. As a result, real estate investors are taking advantage of this sector as a low-risk investment that generates great returns.

The Baby Boomer generation is emerging into the age of retirement. The number of Americans aged 65 and older will increase to more than 79 million by 2035. This staggeringly large population will increase the demand for senior living facilities, and as of today, the rate of new senior housing construction is not keeping pace with the senior population.
